SEITCO - South Eastern European Information Telecommunication Cohesion Initiative
This project is an INA Academy initiative that aims to underpin and support the activities of the South-eastern European Telecommunications Academy (SETA or INA Academy), which incorporates representatives from various public and private institutions of the ICT sector and provides the institutional framework for the collaboration of all SE countries on an equal basis to further discuss relevant ICT issues and to receive specialised support services in the form of studies, training seminars, working groups, round tables etc. Under the SEITCO project numerous training activities have taken place covering ICT hot topics, such as Spectrum Management, Universal Service, Tariff Regulation, 3G technologies, electronic Security and ICT Benchmarking. SEITCO has also contributed to the work of the Stability Pact - eSEEurope Initiative for the development of the Information Society in the SEE region by preparing specialised ICT Status reports for all the countries in the region.
