• Center for eGovernance Program @ (at) South East Europe
Recognizing the importance of regional collaboration and the cooperation of public - private sector in the growth of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in South-Eastern Europe (SEE) as well as the critical role of Electronic Governance (eGovernance) programs in democratic, political, economic and social growth of 21st century, INA Academy proposed the launch of a Center for eGovernance Program @ (at) SEE. The Program is built on the strategic objective of strengthening anthropocentric eGovernance in South-Eastern Europe that will facilitate regional collaboration and European Integration of the SEE region. The Hellenic Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Hellenic Aid Program), addressing such issues with particular interest, decided to provide financial support to INA Academy's initiative and its planned activities. The Program supports the activities of the Center for eGovernance Development, a Foundation that was established in 2008 by regional governments and public/private stakeholders, among which also INA Academy.
• eCommunications Sector Capacity Building Program

The eCommunications Sector Capacity Building Program is focused in facilitating the development of the electronic Communications Technologies sector, which is regarded as a sector of strategic importance in the South East Europe (SEE). The Program is focused in providing assistance to the National Regulatory Authorities of Western Balkan countries and promoting regional collaboration on ICT issues between competent institutions involved in the sector (Ministries, Governmental Organizations, NGOs, Academic/Research Institutions). The Hellenic Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Hellenic Aid Program) provides financial support to this INA Academy initiative and its planned activities.
• SEITCO - Southeastern European Information and Telecommunications Cohesion Initiative
This project is an INA Academy initiative that aims to underpin and support the activities of the South-eastern European Telecommunications Academy (SETA or INA Academy), which incorporates representatives from various public and private institutions of the ICT sector and provides the institutional framework for the collaboration of all SE countries on an equal basis to further discuss relevant ICT issues and to receive specialised support services in the form of studies, training seminars, working groups, round tables etc. Under the SEITCO project numerous training activities have taken place covering ICT hot topics, such as Spectrum Management, Universal Service, Tariff Regulation, 3G technologies, electronic Security and ICT Benchmarking. SEITCO has also contributed to the work of the Stability Pact - eSEEurope Initiative for the development of the Information Society in the SEE region by preparing specialised ICT Status reports for all the countries in the region.
