e-Learning Methodology
Developing an e-Learning tool is one step, having it used effectively for distance training is quite another. In order to realise the maximum benefits of e-Learning in training public sector employees, it is crucial to plan an effective training process. Such a training process should take into account the profile of the target learners, the goals to be achieved, the type of content and context in which the educational activity will be implemented. INA Academy e-Learning Methodology document provides information and guidelines on e-Learning methodology and steps to be followed in planning, implementing and delivering an online training to civil servants.
